Refund policy
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your items, we can issue a refund. Please contact us with your order number in the first instance at info@march-27th.com
Unwanted items must be returned to us within 14 days in the original condition of sale for a refund to be issued. Any items received after 14 days will no longer be eligible for a refund.
The items must be returned in original packaging with tags/labels and must not show signs of wear. Items must be free of make-up, fake tan and odours.
Please note we do not offer free returns and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend you send any parcels with tracking. It is important to contact us with your order number so that your return can be processed as quickly as possible.
Upon receiving your return please allow 7-10 working days for a refund to be issued to the original payment method.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return your item for a refund and then re-order.
MANUFACTURER FAULTS
We check everything thoroughly before sending out but in the case of any faults please contact us in the first instance and attach photos to your claim.
Please note we can only refund manufacturer faults and not any faults deemed to be caused via tampering and force.
Allow up to 7-10 working days for a full refund to the original payment method.
